What Happens On The First Visit?

After filling out your patient history paperwork (located on the right of this page), we will perform an initial physical exam.  The length of the exam will depend upon your condition.  Typical exams range from 30-45 minutes.  After you physical exam, you will receive your first adjustment.  The adjustment itself typically takes 10-15 minutes.  You are encouraged to ask questions during this time.

As always, adjustments are gentle and never painful.  Extremity adjustments will be performed as needed.  Nutritional intake will be assessed and muscle testing (Applied Kinesiology) will be used to test for supplemental needs.

Each patient's visit is tailored to their needs based upon the patients primary health concerns and findings from the physical exam.  Patient/Doctor discussion is encouraged and all patient concerns will be addressed.
